Utilizing the ZBest Worldwide Mobile App

Have You Discovered the Convenience of Our Mobile App?

In today’s fast-paced world, ZBest understands that many of you rely on your smartphones for nearly everything, including making reservations and important purchases. The convenience of smartphone technology has made getting through the day much easier, and ZBest understands and appreciates that convenience. That’s why it was a no-brainer for us to make a mobile app of our own, one that makes it easy for you to book Baltimore car service with just a few taps of your finger.

If you aren’t familiar with ZBest’s mobile app, check out our short step-by-step, with pictures, below.

Step 1: Get the App

Click on one of the tabs above, depending on whether you have an Android or an Apple iPhone device. You should be immediately directed to your phone’s app store, allowing you to download the ZBest app.

Step 2: Open the App

Once you have found the app on your phone’s home screen and opened it, you should be immediately directed to a screen asking you to log in. Because this is your first time using the app, you’ll need to click on the “New Customer” tab.

Step 3: Input Your Information

As a new customer, you’ll have to set up a new account, complete with information like your name, email, mobile phone number, username and password. After you input your information, you can click the “Register” button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4: Email Confirmation

After you’ve clicked “Register,” you’ll be presented with a prompt instructing you to go to your email inbox and open a confirmation email from Zbest Worldwide.

Once you open the email, you can go back to your ZBest mobile app and sign in to your account.

Step 5: Sign In

Simply input your recently-created account information, and sign into the ZBest Worldwide app.

Step 6: Make Your Reservation

Once you’ve successfully signed in, you’ll be directed to a screen that has tabs for anything you might want to do inside the app. There are tabs for “Make Reservations,” “Get Rates,” “My Trips,” “Preferences,” and “View Receipts.” There are also white tabs at the bottom of the screen that will allow you contact Z Best by phone or log out of the app.

Now that you know how to utilize Z Best’s handy app, you have the power to make reservations, book a car, check rates and more, all from the convenience of your smart phone.
