The Baltimore/Washington One Caribbean Carnival kicks off on Saturday with a Caribbean-style parade, complete with bands, dancers, and drummers. The festivities don’t stop. You can also enjoy nonstop live music and entertainment, plus delicious and authentic Caribbean food.

Artscape is one of the country’s largest free arts festivals. Over the course of 3 days, the festival attracts nearly 400,000 visitors.
